Coincidence

The story of co-incidence! Please try out the last part.

1) New York City has 11 letters
2) Afghanistan has 11 letters
3) George W Bush has 11 letters
4) Osama bin Laden has 11 letters as well.

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:

1) New York is the 11th state
2) The first plane crashing against the TwinTowers was flight number 11
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11
4) Flight 77 which also hit TwinTowers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6 + 5 = 11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9 + 1 + 1 =11

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your mind:

1) The total number of victims inside all the hi-jacked planes was 254. 2 + 5 + 4 = 11
2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year. Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11
3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 4 = 11
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the TwinTowers incident. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11

Still unconvinced about all of this..? Try this and see how you feel afterwards, it made my hair stand on end:

Open Microsoft Word and do the following:
1. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first plane to hit one of the Twin Towers.
2. Highlight the Q33 NY
3. Change the font size to 48..
4. Go to "format", click on "fonts" and scroll down to WINGDINGS
5. Click on that word and what do you see???????

Q33 NY

What do you think...?

Sex Education, Romance & Pregnancy

This matter is correct for educational purposes and addresses sexuality in a straight forward manner. While correct terminology is used, at times "street language" is used to reach the broadest section of people. If you think that you may be offended by such material you should automatically disconnect now. We believe that this matter is appropriate for those who are teenagers and older. Our hope is that it can provide you with some answers to sex related questions or concerns that you have. If you have doubts about anything given here, and even if you don't, you should always take the advice of a qualified doctor or a Public Health Unit.

Teenagers have many questions about sexuality. One of the most common is "Am I normal?" Most teens are concerned about body changes, fantasies, being sexually attracted to others and having sexual feelings. Teens are also curious about heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, masturbation, sexual satisfaction and just feeling OK about being curious. You may also have questions about birth control, pregnancy, abortion, sexually transmitted diseases and how to make decisions. It is normal to be interested in all of these. You may find answers to most of your questions in here.

It's also normal to be curious about heterosexuality -- sexual relationships with someone of the opposite sex, homosexuality -- or sexual relationships with someone of the same sex, and bisexuality -- sexual relationships with people of both sexes. You might find it helpful to talk over your thoughts and feelings with someone you trust, such as your parents, a counselor, a teacher, a school nurse, your doctor, or a friend.

We get ideas about sex from television, movies, music, ads, jokes, friends and family. You need to sort out your own ideas and values, what it is you want. Sometimes, one partner tries to pressure the other into becoming sexually active. Knowing your values and what you want will help you in this situation. No means No. Respect your partner and respect yourself. Sexual assault, even in a marriage or dating relationship, is a criminal offence. Only yes means yes.
Neither guys nor girls know all about sex. Take time to communicate your feelings and get to know your partner.
If you want more information, find books, or talk to an adult you respect and trust. You can call a local Planned Parenthood organization or Public Health Unit .

Hot Water and Cold Water

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about ladies and their heart attacks.

This makes sense.... The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water... Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It Will slow down the digestion.

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the Intestine.

Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is
Best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a Heart attack.

Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

Mix Baby

A young lady in the maternity ward just prior to labour is asked by the
Midwife if she would like her husband to be present at the birth.

"I'm afraid I don't have a husband" she replies.

"O.K. Do you have a boyfriend?" asks the Midwife.

"No, no boyfriend either."

"Do you have a partner then?"

"No, I`m not attached, I'll be having my baby on my own."

After the birth the midwife again speaks to the young woman, "You have a
Healthy bouncing baby girl, but I must warn you before you see her that the baby is BLACK."

"Well," replies the girl, "I was very down on my luck, with no money and
Nowhere to live, and so I accepted a job in a porn film. The lead man was
BLACK."

"Oh, I`m very sorry," says the midwife, "that`S really none of my business
And I'm sorry that I have to ask you these awkward questions but I must
Also tell you that the baby has BLONDE hair."

"Well yes," the girl again replies, "you see, the co-star in the movie was
This SWEDISH guy."

"Oh, I`m sorry," the midwife repeats, "that`S really none of my business
Either and I hate to pry further but your baby also has SLANTED EYES."

"Yes," continues the girl, "there was also a little CHINESE man in the
Movie, I really had no choice."

At this, the midwife again apologizes, collects the baby and presents her
To the girl, who immediately proceeds to give the baby a slap on the butt.

The baby starts CRYING and the mother exclaims, "Thank god for that!"

"What do you mean?" says the midwife, shocked.

"Well," says the girl extremely relieved, "I had this horrible feeling that she was going to BARK."

Teen : Vaginal Infections

The vagina normally contains large numbers of organisms (germs) called lactobacillus (or acidophilus). Vaginal infections occur when other organisms grow and change the normal balance of organisms in the vagina.

You may have a vaginal infection if the colour of your vaginal discharge changes, becomes heavier or smells different or if you notice itching, burning, swelling or redness around the vagina.

Normal vaginal discharge
A normal discharge usually does not smell bad and is not accompanied by local irritation, redness, swelling or itching of the vaginal area. Most vaginal discharges are normal, and you may notice a vaginal discharge on your panties at some stage during your menstrual cycle. This discharge may be most noticeable mid-cycle, which is the time close to ovulation. But some women have a discharge almost throughout the month forcing them use sanitary pads. This is not normal

Common causes of vaginal infections
The most common form of vaginal infection is called bacterial vaginosis. Women with this infection have a large number of organisms called gardnerella vaginalis, as well as many other organisms, in their vagina.

If you have this infection, you may notice a different smell that is strongest after sexual intercourse and perhaps an increased amount of thin vaginal discharge, which may be white or discolored.

A fungal infection or candida vaginitis is another common type of vaginal infection. If you have this kind of infection, you may notice larger amounts of thick, white discharge, or no discharge at all. Other common symptoms include itching, swelling irritation or redness around the vaginal area.

Trichomonas vaginitis
Also known as "trick", this is the third most frequent vaginal infection. Like bacterial vaginitis, this infection often causes an increased amount of discharge, which may be discolored. Sometimes the discharge smells different. Itching may be present but is less likely than with a yeast infection

How to determine the cause
It is very hard to know the cause of vaginal symptoms unless your doctor tells you. So don't draw any conclusions. Examination of the vaginal discharge can provide a fairly accurate diagnosis and the right treatment can be started. If the cause of the symptoms is still unclear, to find out the right medicine to treat the infection, a sample of the vaginal discharge can be sent to a laboratory for testing.

Treatment
The treatment for vaginal symptoms depends on the cause. Bacterial vaginosis is often treated with a prescription medicine called metranidazole (Metrogyl, tini, fasigyn). Sometimes it may cause an upset stomach or nausea. Alcohol should not be taken while you are on this medicine as it may cause nausea and vomiting.

There are other medicines that may be taken orally for this infection, such as clindamycin and there are also vaginal creams or gels.

A fungal infection is usually treated with creams or suppositories that are placed in the vagina. The length of treatment may vary from one to seven days. If the infection doesn't get better or comes back soon, you should see your doctor to make sure of the diagnosis and treatment. When the infections are frequent or when it is difficult to cure, your doctor may prescribe some tablets or capsules.

Some of these medicines are now available without prescription, such as miconazole (Monistat) and clotrimazole and you may use them when you know you have a fungal infection.

Trichomonas vaginitis is also treated with metranidazole, which is taken orally. However, this infection is often passed between sexual partners. The organism being dormant I.e. Without symptoms, in the male, both partners should be treated simultaneously, to ensure proper cure and eradication of the infection.

N.B: You should always consult your doctor before taking any medicine / undergoing treatment

Facts About Vitamin Pills

Vitamin pills is not food, it has side effects

In addition to refined foods, markets are flooded with all kinds of synthetic vitamin supplements. There are many people who don't have enough time to prepare nutritional meals but think that they can swallow some vitamin pills to obtain enough nutrients.

Can vitamin pills really replace natural foods and provide all the nutrients that the body needs?
There was the biggest scientific, clinical experiment in this century performed by the Finland government a few years ago. They have spent 43 million dollars and involved 29,000 people in the experiment for 5 to 8 years. All participants are smokers.

They have found that there are 18% more lung cancers and 50% higher mortality due to heart diseases for the group that has been consuming vitamin A and vitamin E compared to the group that has not eaten any vitamin supplement.

When the experiment data came out, it came out in Newsweek, and it came out everywhere. All of the scientists were really shocked. We have been told by scientists that vitamin E is a good antioxidant, can prevent the hardening of our artery soit should be good for our heart. But why
Did such a big experiment give us a result completely opposite of what we were told ?

Dr. Herbert of the FDA explained that when the vitamin C is inside the orange, it is an anti-oxidant. However, when it is isolated away from an orange, it may become a pro-oxidant. In other words, it will produce billions of free radicals. It will give us side effects. Someone may say, "No problem, the vitamin pills I am taking are extracted from natural food. They are natural vitamins." Actually, there's no such thing as natural vitamins. It is only a commercial terms created by the merchants.

Natural vitamins and minerals only exists in natural plants. As long as it is extracted or isolated from the plants, it becomes pure chemical substance. It becomes drugs and has the effects as most drugs.
That is why there are always warning signs on the vitamin bottles saying 'Keep out of reach of children' or 'Take only one a day' and we don't see such warnings on vegetables and fruits. Some experiments showed that osteoporosis patients could utilize calcium very well if they take it directly from natural plants, but can not absorb calcium, which is from supplements.

Measured with quantum physic, we can see clearly that there is high energy level in the calcium that exists in the natural plants and low energy level in calcium tablets. In fact, after the calcium tablet has been taken it only travels along the blood vessels and get excreted from urine without being utilized
By the body to build bone. The calcium tablets will only increase the burden of our liver and kidneys.
If the calcium tablets can really help, why are there still so many people with osteoporosis?

A few years ago, the American FDA proposed to Congress of the vitamin's potential for toxicity that we should prohibit the sale of the vitamin supplements in the market place, because they have side effects. In fact, in the United States, there are 30,000 children reported to the poison control center due to the toxicity of vitamins every year.

Mothers think vitamins have no side effects. They give it to their children just like candies and don't think that they might get toxins from it. Besides, many food products on the market were added with
Synthetic vitamins, such as Vitamin C added in orange juice and Vitamin A and D added in milk.
Unknowingly, our children are eating overdose of vitamins. It causes more leukaemia and all types of cancer in children.

The FDA has warned the public that not only vitamin C causes cancers and heart diseases, vitamin F causes arthritis, vitamin D causes liver damage, and vitamin B6 causes central nervous system damage.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a vitamin (a substance the body requires in small doses for proper nutrition and function) that is fat-soluble, meaning that it is dissolved and stored in the fat of your body. Vitamin D maintains proper levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and together with calcium builds strong bones. The November 9, 2005, issue of JAMA contains an article about sufficient levels of vitamin D for healthy bones.

SUNLIGHT EXPOSURE

Sun exposure for 10 to 15 minutes at least twice a week usually provides adequate amounts of vitamin D. Certain conditions such as cloud cover, northern climates, pollution, and the winter months may not provide adequate sunlight exposure. Excess sun exposure causes skin cancer, so you should limit exposure to sunlight, not use tanning beds, and wear protective clothing and a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15 when outdoors for longer than 10 to 15 minutes twice a week. Infants should be kept out of direct sunlight all together.

VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY

When vitamin D levels are low, bones become weak and brittle. In children, vitamin D deficiency causes a disease called rickets, which results in poorly developed weak bones, delayed growth, immune deficiencies, and, when severe, seizures. In adults, vitamin D deficiency causes a disease called osteomalacia, which results in weak bones, fractures, bone pain, and weakness. Low levels of vitamin D may be a factor in osteoporosis (thin bones).

WHO IS AT RISK OF DEVELOPING VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY?

  • Infants who are exclusively breast-fed or receiving less than about 2 cups a day of vitamin D–fortified formula or milk
  • People who have darker-pigmented skin
  • People with very limited sunlight exposure
  • People with fat malabsorption diseases, such as pancreatitis, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease, and surgical resection of the bowel
  • People who have liver or kidney disease or enzyme deficiencies
  • People in the northern hemisphere during winter

HOW MUCH VITAMIN D DO YOU NEED?

For infants to adults aged 50 years, the daily adequate intake is 200 international units (IU) of vitamin D. For adults aged 51 to 70 years, 400 IU is required, and for those older than 70 years, 600 IU is recommended. Discuss with your doctor the proper vitamin D intake and sun exposure for you and whether you should take a supplement, especially if you are at risk of developing a deficiency. Too much vitamin D can occur from taking excess vitamin D supplements and can cause serious problems, such as nausea, vomiting, and weakness or even confusion and heart rhythm abnormalities.

A Gift For Mama

Four brothers left home for college, and they became successful doctors and Lawyers and prospered. Some years later, they chatted after having dinner together. They discussed the gifts they were able to give their elderly mother who lived far away in another city.

The first said, "I had a big house built for Mama."
The second said, " I had a hundred thousand dollar theater built in the house."

The third said, "I had my Mercedes dealer deliver an SL600 to her."

The fourth said, "You know how Mamma loved reading the Bible and you know she can't read anymore because she can't see very well. I met this preacher who told me about a parrot that can recite the entire Bible. It took twenty preachers 12 years to teach him. I had to pledge to contribute $100,000 a year for twenty years to the church, but it was worth it. Mamma just has to name the chapter and verse and the parrot will recite it."

The other brothers were impressed.

After the holidays Mom sent out her Thank You notes.

She wrote: "Milton, the house you built is so huge I live in only one room, but I have to clean the whole house. Thanks anyway."

"Marvin, I am too old to travel. I stay home, I have my groceries delivered, so I never use the Mercedes. The thought was good. Thanks."

"Michael, you gave me an expensive theater with Dolby sound, it could hold 50 people, but all of my friends are dead, I've lost my hearing and I'm nearly blind. I'll never use it. Thank you for the gesture just the same."

"Dearest Melvin, you were the only son to have the good sense to give a little thought to your gift. The chicken was delicious. Thank you."

Fooled You Son

A young man shopping in a supermarket
Noticed a little old lady following him around.

If he stopped, she stopped.
Furthermore she kept staring at him.

She finally overtook him at the checkout,
And she turned to him and said,
"I hope I haven't made you feel ill at ease;
it's just that you look so much like my son
Whom I lost in War."

He answered, "That's okay."

"I know it's silly, but if you'd call out
"Good bye, Mom" as I leave the store,
It would make me feel so happy."

She then went through the checkout,
And as she was on her way out of the store,
The man called out,

" Goodbye..., Mom."

The little old lady waved, and smiled
Back at him

Pleased that he had brought a little sunshine
Into someone's day, he went to pay for his
Groceries.

"That comes to $121.85," said the clerk.

"How come so much ...
I only bought 5 items.."

The clerk replied,
"Yeah, but your Mother said
You'd be paying for her things, too."

Internet Tips - Clear Your Temporary Internet Files

As you surf the web, every page, every graphic, cookie, etc. Is saved in your temporary Internet files. Why is this? Well, for one, if you visit a page often it brings up the files from the cache rather than getting them online, thus making the page appear quicker. The down side is that this can cause an old page to come up when content may have changed on the real page. Another negative is that these cached pages take up space on your hard drive.

The good news is that you can dump them. If you regularly run Disk Cleanup, then the Temporary Internet Files will be emptied in the process. Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools . DC looks for files you don't need then displays them. Make sure that "temporary Internet Files" is selected then click OK .

If you just want to remove temp files, with Internet Explorer you go to Tools/Internet Options , then under "Temporary Internet Files" click the "Delete Files" button.

On Relationships

Trust

TRUST is a very important factor for all relationships. When trust is broken, it is the end of the relationship. Lack of trust leads to suspicion, suspicion generates anger, anger causes enmity and enmity may result in separation.

A telephone operator told me that one day she received a phone call. She answered, "Public Utilities Board." There was silence. She repeated, "PUB." There was still no answer. When she was going to cut off the line, she Heard a lady's voice, "Oh, so this is PUB.Sorry, I got the number from my Husband's pocket but I do not know whose
Number it is."

Without mutual trust, just imagine what will happen to the couple if the telephone operator answered with just "hello" instead of "PUB".

No Pointing Fingers

A man asked his father-in-law, "Many people praised you for a successful marriage. Could you please share with me your secret?"
The father-in-law answered in a smile, "Never criticize your wife for her shortcomings or when she does something wrong. Always bear in mind that because of her shortcomings and weaknesses, she could not find a better husband than
You."

We all look forward to being loved and respected. Many people are afraid of losing face. Generally, when a person makes a mistake, he would look around to find a scapegoat to point the finger at. This is the start of a war. We should always remember that when we point one finger at a person, the other four fingers are pointing at ourselves.

If we forgive the others, others will ignore our mistake too.

Creating Perfect Relationships?

A person visited the government matchmaker for marriage, SDU, and requested "I am looking for a spouse. Please help me to find a suitable one." The SDU officer said, "Your requirements, please." "Oh, good looking, polite, humorous , sporty, knowledgeable, good in singing and dancing. Willing to accompany me the whole day at home during my
Leisure hour, if I don't go out. Telling me interesting stories when I need companion for conversation and be silent when I want to rest." The officer listened carefully and replied, "I understand you need television."

There is a saying that a perfect match can only be found between a blind wife and a deaf husband ,because the blind wife cannot see the faults of the husband and the deaf husband cannot hear the nagging of the wife. Many couples are blind and deaf at the courting stage and dream of perpetual perfect relationship. Unfortunately, when the excitement of love wears off, they wake up and discover that marriage is not a bed of roses. The nightmare begins.

No Overpowering

Many relationships fail because one party tries to overpower another,or demands too much. People in love tend to think that love will conquer all and their spouses will change the bad habits after marriage. Actually, this is not the case. There is a Chinese saying which carries the meaning that "It is easier to reshape a mountain or a river than a person's character."

It is not easy to change. Thus, having high expectation on changing the spouse character will cause disappointment and unpleasantness.

It would be less painful to change ourselves and lower our expectations..

Right Speech

There is a Chinese saying which carries the meaning that "A speech will either prosper or ruin a nation." Many relationships break off because of wrong speech. When a couple is too close with each other,we always forget mutual respect and courtesy. We may say anything without considering if it would hurt the other party.

A friend and her millionaire husband visited their construction site. A worker who wore a helmet saw her and shouted,"Hi, Emily! Remember me? We used to date in the secondary school." On the way home, her millionaire husband teased her, "Luckily you married me.Otherwise you will be the wife of a construction worker." She answered ,"You should appreciate that you married me. Otherwise, he will be the millionaire and not you."

Frequently exchanging these remarks plants the seed for a bad relationship. It's like a broken egg - cannot be reversed.

Personal Perception

Different people have different perception. One man's meat could be another man's poison. A couple bought a donkey from the market. On the way home,a boy commented, "Very stupid. Why neither of them ride on the donkey?"Upon hearing that, the husband let the wife ride on the donkey. He walked besides them. Later, an old man saw it and commented, "The husband is the head of family. How can the wife ride on the donkey while the husband is on foot?" Hearing this, the wife quickly got down and let the husband ride on the donkey.

Further on the way home, they met an old Lady. She commented, "How can the man ride on the donkey but let the wife walk. He is no gentleman."
The husband thus quickly asked the wife to join him on the donkey. Then, they met a young man. He commented, "Poor donkey, how can you hold up the weight of two persons. They are cruel to you." Hearing that, the husband and wife immediately climbed down from the donkey and carried it on their shoulders.

It seems to be the only choice left. Later, on a narrow bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled. They lost their balance and fell into the river. You can never have everyone praise you, nor will everyone condemn you. Never in the past, not at present, and never will be in the future.

Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear..

Be Patient

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery & saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, " Daddy,I'm sorry about your truck." Then he asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home & committed
suicide.

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or u wish to take revenge. Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be repaired.. Broken bones & hurt feelings often can't. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.

People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever.

Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy involves the therapeutic treatment of sexual disorders such asimpotence, premature ejaculation, retarded ejaculation, hypoactive sexual desire, painful coitus, and orgasmic disorders. These problems, while not subjects of polite conversation until relatively recently, have been found to be extremely common, and further, to be sources of considerable emotional distress and interpersonal conflict in relationships. Masters and Johnson, pioneers in the sex therapy field, have stated that at one time or another half of all marriages have significant sexual problems. Other studies have suggested that at some point in their lives 10 percent of women are an orgasmic, 7 percent of men are impotent, and 18 percent of men suffer from premature or retarded ejaculation. Inhibited sexual desire, a condition characterized by loss of interest in sex, is thought to trouble one in five adult women during their lives. Additionally, surveys of married couples find that over half complain of encountering interference's that block their full enjoyment of sex.

While universally emphasizing correcting sexual misinformation, the importance of improved partner communication and honesty, anxiety reduction (including fear of performance failure), sensual experience and pleasure, and interpersonal tolerance and acceptance, sex therapy includes three different levels of intervention to address the various sexual problems mentioned above, depending on the nature and causes of the problem involved.

Sex therapists believe that many sexual disorders are rooted in learned patterns and values. These are termed psychogenic disorders. As they are growing up, children observe interaction between their parents and others and are the objects of various messages about their sexuality. Conflict or other problems, including sexual problems in marriages, can be transmitted
to children and result in the formation of unhealthy attitudes about sex, about sex organs, or about the body in general. Moreover, parents, religious institutions and societal norms may convey very repressive attitudes about sexuality that contribute to the formation of diverse sexual dysfunction's.

Problems of this nature are believed by sex therapists to constitute the majority of sexual disorders. An underlying assumption of sex therapy is that relatively short-term outpatient therapy can alleviate learned patterns restrict symptoms, and allow a greater satisfaction with sexual experiences In cases where significant sexual dysfunction is linked to a broader emotional problem such as depression or substance abuse, intensive psychotherapy and/or pharmaceutical intervention may be appropriate.

Substance-induced sexual dysfunction, for example, can involve loss of interest in sex, inability for the male to become erect, impaired orgasm, and pain during intercourse. Various medications also can produce symptoms of sexual dysfunction. Finally, there are a number of medical conditions that can cause sexual dysfunction, including various neurological problems
(e.G., multiple sclerosis), endocrine conditions (e.G., diabetes mellitus), vascular conditions, and several different infections. These are termed bio genic conditions.

In his book Human Sexual Response, Leif described five sexual response phases: desire, arousal, vasocongestion, orgasm, and satisfaction. Sexual dysfunction can occur in any of these areas. If the dysfunction is a chronic problem, such as a woman who has always experienced pain during intercourse, it is called primary dysfunction. If the dysfunction is situational, such as
a man who previously had no difficulty achieving erection but begins to experience this problem at the beginning of a new relationship, it is called secondary dysfunction. Primary or secondary dysfunction can occur in any of the five domains of sexual response. Dysfunctions associated with sexual desire include hypoactive sexual desire disorder and sexual aversion disorder. In the first of these, the individual has a persistent absence of sexual fantasies or desire for participation in sexual activity. In the second disorder, there is a complete or near complete aversion to contact with a partner's genitals. These conditions often reflect serious emotional
problems, although individuals may be responsive to intensive psychotherapy combined with sexual therapy.

Sexual arousal disorders are found in both males and females. Males may be interested in sex but suffer from impotence or erectile dysfunction, while females are unable to maintain the lubrication-vaginal swelling response of normal sexual excitement. In their book, Human Sexual Inadequacy, Masters and Johnson asserted that 90% of impotency cases were psychogenic in origin. Even in older men, they maintained, emotional issues rather than medical problems are the main causes of impotence. Masters and Johnson reported great success in treating impotence with short-term therapy, especially when it had its roots in fear of failure and performance anxiety. Since their work in the late 1960's, continued medical research and improved diagnostic techniques indicate that only 40% to 50% of male impotence is caused solely by psychogenic factors.

In males, orgasmic dysfunction includes both premature and retarded ejaculation (in which ejaculation may be completely absent despite stimulation and arousal). Retarded ejaculation may have psychogenic as well as organic causes, or may be a consequence of drug abuse or a side effect of a medication. Unlike retarded ejaculation, which is rare, premature ejaculation is fairly common. Therapy involves anxiety reduction and ejaculation control training. One approach to help with ejaculatory control is called the Valsalva Maneuver . Using this procedure, when a man senses he is about to ejaculate, he holds his breath and flexes his muscles as if he
is having a bowl movement. Performed correctly, this procedure enables the man to delay ejaculation and allows him to feel in more control of his body.

The Valsalva maneuver is best tried in the context of a therapy, which can also address the male or couple's anxieties about the experience. Inhibited female orgasm, a fairly common problem, is often caused by emotional or relationship problems. Sex therapy for this problem addresses underlying misinformation, psychological inhibitions, conflicting beliefs and values about women's right to sexual pleasure, and related issues. Partners counseling may be effective in addressing communication, control, and sensitivity issues, while couples sexual training can address sexual interaction issues. Couples may be provided with instruction on alternative
sexual arousal and satisfaction behaviors such as the Sensate Focus technique, given home assignments to practice the new strategies, and prompted to report outcomes to their therapist. Sometimes groups of couples with similar problems are brought together to provide support for open communication and behavioral change.

The organization of sex therapy varies. In some cases, a single therapist sees both partners. In heterosexual partnerships, a therapeutic team consisting of a male and a female therapist working together may be used. Alternately, some therapists emphasize self-treatment based on instruction, brief counseling, and the use of education aids like films and tapes. Sex therapy, like any other therapeutic process, should begin with a thorough history of the patient's problem(s). Due to the possibility of both biogenic and psychogenic factors in male impotence, a consultation with a urologist specializing in impotence is often recommended to identify and treat any biogenic factors before proceeding with psychotherapy.

How to Write an Professional English CV

Important Points When Writing an English CV

The purpose of an English CV is to sell yourself: An English CV is seen as an opportunity to sell yourself and should emphasise your skills, experiences and achievements. You should include successes and wherever possible include facts and figures to support your claims. Do NOT include information that is negative.

Spelling and Grammar Check: Correct spelling and grammar are of absolute importance in an English CV. Employers will NOT tolerate any mistakes. It is very important that a native English speaker checks your CV before you send it to an English-speaking employer.

CVwriting.net can provide a full spelling and grammar check and suggest any changes to the content of your CV in line with what employers expect.

Do not include a photo: Most English employers do NOT like to see a photo on the CV and, in fact, including one could work against you. Only include a photo if it has been specifically requested for a particular job application.

English Language skills: This is a very important aspect of your CV and your professional career. You must explain your knowledge of the English language under the 'Skills' heading. Describe your level of knowledge as one of the following:

  • Bilingual - You can speak English as well as your mother tongue
  • Fluent - You have a complete working knowledge of the English language, both written and speaking.
  • Working knowledge- you have a good practical knowledge of English for professional purposes.
  • Conversational - You can converse adequately in English with good comprehension.

English CV Format:

Your name, address, telephone number and email address should appear at the top of your English CV. Always use a capital letter at the beginning of a name including the name of a street, town or country. Do NOT put CV or Curriculum Vitae as a heading.

Your CV should be produced on a word processor, not hand written, and be available softcopy as a Word or PDF file. If you are printing your CV you should use good quality paper.

An employer will scan your CV in thirty seconds looking for keywords that are relevant to the vacancy he is trying to fill. Keep your CV short and concise so that your positive attributes stand out. Your CV should be no more than two pages long.

Do NOT use initials for company names or qualifications, as these could be meaningless to an English employer. Always write the words in full.

Headings:

1. Profile: This is an opportunity to summarise the skills and experience you have described elsewhere in your CV. It is the first part of the CV that the employer will read. It should be only one or two paragraphs long otherwise the reader may not go on to read the rest of your CV. You should also include your career aspirations.

2. Achievements: list any special achievements from your career history or education that may make you stand out from other candidates. List no more than six.

3. Career History: This is a very important part of your CV. The most common CV format is written in reverse-chronological order. Start with your most recent employment and work backwards. List the dates between which you worked for each employer; the name of the employer, your position and the location at which you worked. Write a short description of the company and then describe your responsibilities including facts and figures as much as possible.

4. Skills: In an English CV it is necessary to list particular technical, professional or other skills separate from your career history. An English employer will not necessarily be familiar with non-English professional qualifications therefore you must explain each one.

5. Education: You must enter your highest qualification first, then where achieved, and then dates. Make sure you explain any non-English qualifications or try and put the English equivalent, e.G. Baccalaureate, French equivalent to the Higher Leaving Certificate and A levels. Do not include grades unless they are particularly impressive.

6. Personal details: It is not necessary to include all of your personal details on an English CV as your skills and experience are of paramount importance. However, you need to include your nationality and it is normal to include your Date of Birth such as: 11th November 1967. Do not put your age.

7. Interests: You do not have to include your interests on an English CV but they will help to give the employer a rounded picture of you as an individual.

Fisherman Sweets
FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO EAT FISHERMAN SWEETS BE CAREFUL: Sugar free products contain ASPARTAME .. So don't consume Sugar free product ESP. 'fisherman sweets' ASPARTAME - THE SILENT KILLER (by Ron Harder)

To those who prefer to consume artificial flavouring:

There is an epidemic across North America today of Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious problem. Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.

They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us , but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I am talking about ASPARTAME. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.

ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful ; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.

ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry. It can and does cause severe seizures.

This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease.

ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of

ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folic acidosis.

FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is, Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.

The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys the nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

Chinese and Speilberg

One Chinese person walks into a bar in America late one night and he saw Steven Spielberg.

As he was a great fan of his movies,

he rushes over to him, and asks for his autograph.

Instead, Spielberg gives him a slap and says

"You Chinese people bombed our Pearl Harbor, get out of here."

The astonished Chinese man replied

"It was not the Chinese who bombed your Pearl Harbor, it was the Japanese".

"Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, you're all the same," replied Spielberg.

In return, the Chinese gives Spielberg a slap and says

"You sank the Titanic; my forefathers were on that ship."

Shocked, Spielberg replies "It was the iceberg that sank the ship, not me."

The Chinese replies, "Iceberg, Spielberg, Carlsberg, you're all the same."

.....

This particular joke won an award for the best joke in a competition in Britain.

What is Hymen?

A hymen is the thin piece of tissue that partially blocks the entrance to
the vagina. It is sometimes called the maidenhead or cherry. It is named
after the Greek god of marriage and has no known biological function.
Although some women are born without a hymen, most have one, and the hymen
varies in size and shape from woman to woman. The hymen usually does not
cover the entire vaginal opening, since there must be some way for the
menstrual fluid, or period, to leave the body.
The hymen has historically been a marker of a woman's virginity. The belief
that since the hymen blocked the vaginal opening, it should remain intact as
long as a woman did not have sexual intercourse was widely propagated,
especially in cultures where a woman's virginity was highly valued. If an
unmarried woman's hymen was found to be separated, grave consequences could
result, depending on each culture's customs. In some Australian tribes it is
the custom for a specially appointed older woman to perforate the hymen of a
bride one week before her marriage. If it is found that the hymen has
already separated from the vaginal walls prior to this ritual, the woman is
subject to public humiliation, torture, and sometimes death.
But it is scientific fact that the hymen can be separated for reasons quite
unconnected to sexual intercourse. It can separate when the body is
stretched strenuously, as in athletics; it can be separated by inserting a
tampon during menstruation or through masturbation; and sometimes it is
separated for no apparent reason. A separated hymen is not an indication of
having had intercourse, nor can it prove a loss of virginity. In fact, some
women must have their hymen surgically removed before the birth of their
first child because it is so flexible or small that it remains intact during
intercourse.
When the hymen is separated, whether during first intercourse or at some
other time, there may be some slight bleeding and a little pain. Both the
bleeding and the pain are quite normal and both usually stop after a short
time. Some women experience no discomfort at all during this process that is
commonly referred to as "losing your cherry".
It is important to remember that a woman can become pregnant even if her
hymen is intact and no penis has entered her vagina. If sperm comes in
contact with the labia or general vaginal area, it can move through the
opening in the vagina and possibly lead to a pregnancy. An intact hymen
should not be considered a form of birth control.
As with most information on sexuality, a woman learns about her hymen in
many ways, but rarely from parents, physicians or informed adults in a
supportive and sensitive manner. Rather, it seems that women learn about the
hymen in ways that promote anxiety and uncertainty about their own bodies
and behaviors. Knowing the facts about the hymen can help women dispel the
myth that it proves virginity, freeing them from the negative effects of
popular mythology. Having accurate information about the hymen can assist in
normalizing a woman's fears about her body and help promote greater
self-acceptance.

15 Ways To Keep Your Speaking Inspiring and Creative

When stressed or blocked it is wise to make a change so that we don't stay
in that place. Yet, many times we forget some of the simple things that we
can do for ourselves, quickly and easily to bring our inspiration back and
increase our creativity.

1. If you usually type your speech first , hand write them.Nothing compares
to seeing the ink mesh into the paper and display what you created.

2. If you spend too much time at the computer , take a break every hour. Go
for a walk or just sit outside in the sun.Even five minutes in a winter sun
does wonders for a mood and creativity.

3. Flip through magazines or books. Their colors and ideas will give you
sparks and switch your attitude. Blue and green can reduce your stress
levels by 30% or more.

4. Add strong smells to the room. Light scented candles around you, visit
the fruit isle at the grocery store, or go to a store that is heavily
scented. Find an orange or strawberries and smell it. Both will change a
mood or create inspiration. Smells awaken your creativity. Smell strigger
memories and are a great method to rekindle stories from the past.

5. Go see or rent an inspirational movie . Relaxation time is important.
Watch the movie with a notebook and record inspiring phases or ideas that
pop in.

6. Read a book on the topic that stirs and sparks your creativity. Poetry
can do the same.

7. Look at bold and bright colors for a few minutes. These change your mood.

8. Talk with a friend about your topic to flesh out ideas, titles, and
content. Tape-record the conversation so you don't miss anything. You would
be surprised at how much we think we hear and how we actually do.

9. Write an email to a friend to tell him or her what you want to accomplish
If you are stuck, say so and ask for help.

10. Check in with your vibrational energy and do something to switch it into
high gear. Take a shower. Go for a walk or dance naked in the moonlight.

11. Hire someone to transcribe your recording so that you can stay focused
on the creative end of the speaking.

12. Authentic, flat-out, raw laughter frees the psyche and opens the
creativity process.

13. Find a setting with lots of trees and flowers and feel nature. If the
weather permits, take off your shoes and socks and feel the grass between
your toes. Nature has away of freeing our spirit to let the flow out of our
best material.

14. If you are used to practicing your speak in a quiet place, create noise
and practice. You will learn to speak with distractions.

15. Go for a quiet leisurely drive and practice your vowel soutlook expand
your voice range.

Love Birds

Hey, love bird,

You really make
This heart sing!
There's nothing I'd
Rather do than snuggle up
Next to you.
The cold weather may come,
But I'll always be warm
With you beside me,
Because you fill
My heart with the
Joy of true love.
I cherish the day
You flew into my life!

Benefits of Lovemaking

1. Sex is a beauty treatment. Scientific tests find that when women make love they produce amounts of the hormone estrogen, which makes hair shine and skin smooth.

2. Gentle, relaxed lovemaking reduces your chances of suffering dermatitis, skin rashes and blemishes. The sweat produced cleanses the pores and makes your skin glow.

3. Lovemaking can burn up those calories you piled on during that romantic dinner.

4. Sex is one of the safest sports you can take up. It stretches and tones up just about every muscle in the body. It's more enjoyable than swimming 20 laps, and you don't need special sneakers!

5. Sex is an instant cure for mild depression. It releases endorphins into the bloodstream, producing a sense of euphoria and leaving you with a feeling of well-being.

6. The more sex you have, the more you will be offered. The sexually active body gives off greater quantities of chemicals called pheromones. These subtle sex perfumes drive the opposite sex crazy!

7. Sex is the safest tranquilizer in the world. IT IS 10 TIMES MORE EFFECTIVE THAN VALIUM.

8. Kissing each day will keep the dentist away. Kissing encourages saliva to wash food from the teeth and lowers the level of the acid that causes decay, preventing plaque build-up.

9. Sex actually relieves headaches. A lovemaking session can release the tension that restricts blood vessels in the brain.

10. A lot of lovemaking can unblock a stuffy nose. Sex is a natural antihistamine. It can help combat asthma and hay fever.

Believe In Your Heart

Contentment

Have you ever, at any one time, had the feeling that life is bad, real bad,
and you wish you were in another situation?

You find life make things difficult for you, work sucks, life sucks,
everything seems to go wrong...

Read the following story... It may change your views about life:

After a conversation with one of my friends, he told me despite taking 2
jobs, he brings back barely above 1K per month, he is happy as he is.

I wonder how he can be as happy as he is considering he has to skimp his
life with the low pay to support a pair of old parents, in-laws, a wife, 2
daughters and the many bills of a household.

He explained that it was through one incident that he saw in India........
that happened a few years ago when he was really feeling low and touring
India after a major setback

He said that right in front of his very eyes he saw an Indian mother chop
off her child's right hand with a chopper. The helplessness in the mother's
eyes, the scream of pain from the innocent 4-year-old child haunted him
until today.

You may ask why did the mother do so; had the child been naughty, had the
child's hand been infected??

No, it was done for two simple words- - - TO BEG! The desperate mother
deliberately caused the child to be handicapped so that the child could go
out to the streets to beg.

Taken aback by the scene, he dropped a piece of bread he was eating half-way
And almost instantly, a flock of 5 or 6 children swamped towards this small
piece of bread which was covered with sand, robbing bits from one another.

The natural reaction of hunger. Stricken by the happenings, he instructed
his guide to drive him to the nearest bakery. He arrived at two bakeries and
bought every single loaf of bread he found in the bakeries. The owner was
dumbfounded but willingly sold everything. He spent less than $100 to obtain
about 400 loaves of bread (this is less than $0.25 per loaf) and spent
another $100 to get daily necessities.

Off he went in the truck full of bread into the streets. As he distributed
the bread and necessities to the children (mostly handicapped) and a few
adults, he received cheers and bows from these unfortunate

For the first time in his life he wondered how people can give up their
dignity for a loaf of bread which cost less than $0.25.

He began to tell himself how fortunate he is. How fortunate he is to be able
to have a complete body, have a job, have a family, have the chance to
complain what food is nice and what isn't nice,
Have the chance to be clothed, have the many things that these people in
front of him are deprived
Of...

Now I begin to think and feel it, too! Was my life really that bad?

Perhaps... No, I should not feel bad at all... What about you?

Maybe the next time you think you are, think about the child who lost one
hand to beg on the streets.

"Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, it is the realization
of how much you already have."

When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so
long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for
us.

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also
true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they
just make the most of
Everything that comes along their way.

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go
on well in life until you let go of your past failures and Heartaches.

Jewelry fashion tips

Jewelry of Semi-Precious Stones: Stylish Things of Beauty

Want to make or wear impressive costume jewelry, but running on a tight
budget? Using semi-precious stones is one good way to achieve this. These
stones come in a wide variety and are highly accessible to almost everyone.

Semi-precious stones preserve the effect of sophistication. Many pieces of
jewelry made of these stones are pleasant to look at without seeming opulent
Depending on one's own taste and fashion sense, these gemstones have the
greatest potential to enhance one's personal sense of style.

Some semi-precious stones are also birthstones, which correspond to people's
birth months. Some people believe that wearing stones that correspond with
one's birth month increases one's inner strength. This special trait makes
jewelry made of certain semi-precious birthstones especially useful as gifts
Examples of such birthstones are garnet (January) and aquamarine (March).

Another popular belief is that certain stones have their own unique "powers.
For example, wearing garnet is said to help ease the pain of a bad breakup,
or cause jealousy between lovers. Amethyst is said to protect its wearer
against the ill effects of alcohol, slow down intoxication and prevent
hangovers. Turquoise is said to give emotional strength. Jade has always had
enormous importance in Asian civilization; it is said to have the mystical
power to protect its wearer against nightmares and other psychicattacks.

Quartz is said to be among the most important of the semi-precious stones,
because it calls upon the power of love -- especially the rare rose quartz.
Wearing rose quartz is said to increase one's chances of finding or
maintaining a good romantic relationship.

Some pieces of bead jewelry are also made of semi-precious stones. The
stones are threaded together with cords, making fine webs and accentuating
intricate designs. Jewelry made of semi-precious stones is always popular,
partly because of the beliefs associated with the stones -- but mostly
because they're so pretty and can go well with anything one wears.
