For The Broken Heart

When I see you,
When I touch you,
When I stroke you,
When I hug you,
It hurts the love that deep inside...

Now it's so lost,
Now it's so empty,
Now it's so quiet,
Now it's so freezing,
Leave the pain inside...

Here I am staying still,
When you leave me in pain.
Here I am isolated myself,
When your love is gone.

Every step,
Every time,
Every breath,
Every tear,
Imagining you're coming back to me...

One day, I will find another love.
Though it won't be the same,
And it won't be that pain.

How To Overcome Tiredness

I think that every person faced such situations when you didn't do anything and still felt awful tiredness. You don't want to move, speak and it's even difficult to watch TV. You feel that your energy just disappeared.

My ideas and advices are for you if you often had such situations. You don't need any medicines, the only thing you need is your willingness to overcome tiredness. You need to keep those 5 rules to live without tiredness:

1. Never forget to have breakfast. Your metabolism will slow down and you feel tired if you didn't eat good breakfast with such products as yogurt, cheese and bread. Take fruits to your work if you don't have time for
breakfast at home.

2. Drink more often and more. Slackness and tiredness can be caused by the dehydration of your organism. That's why you need to drink sufficient amount of liquid. It can be mineral water, juices or green tea. Coffee remains the traditional energetic drink. This recipe is especially useful: puree one banana and add 0.04 gallon orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and spoon syrup.

3. Go to sleep if you want to. Everybody knows that the best way to rest is to sleep well. Our mood, memory and even sells regeneration depends on sleeping. Ideally a person needs 8 hours of sleep per day, otherwise your organism will glitch. Sedatives will help if you want to sleep and cannot fall asleep. For example, warm bath with lavender essential oil is a good way to relax and fall asleep.

4. Jump if you're really tired. Just switch on music and dance. If it's really hard for you to do this, it means that it will be really good for you overpower yourself and go on actively moving.

5. Let joy to be in your life. Stresses and disappointments destructively influence your energy potential. It's impossible to avoid stresses but you can disconnect from situations where you cannot change anything. Try to
spend your time with positive people. Say "NO" to everything that distresses you and let joy to come to your life.

Be healthy and tireless!

Joke - Patients of Mental Hospital

Jim and Mary were both patients in a Mental Hospital. One day, while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Jim suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank like a stone to the bottom and stayed there. Mary promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled Jim out.

When the medical director became aware of Mary's heroic act, he immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as he now considered her mentally stable. When he went to tell her the news, he said, "Mary, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged because since you were able to jump in and save the life of another patient, I think you've regained your senses". "The bad news is that Jim, the patient you saved, hung himself in the bathroom with the belt of his robe. I am so sorry, but he's dead."

Mary replied, "He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry.

Clever Mathematician

Long ago, a clever mathematician used to cheat people. Once he borrowed $4000/- from a rich man.
After a few days, he borrowed $2000/- from the same man. Many days passed, the mathematician did not return the money to the rich man. The rich man went to the mathematician and asked to return the money. But to his great surprise, the mathematician replied that there is no need to pay the debt.

"See here, friend" said the mathematician " the sum of 4000 and 2000 is equal to zero, so I do not have any balance to pay".

The rich man took the matter to the court. When the judge came to know this, he was astonished. He asked the mathematician to prove that sum of 4000 and 2000 is zero, and not 6000.

The Clever mathematician agreed.

He said:
Let a = 4000, b = 2000 and c = 6000

A + b = c

Multiply both sides by a + b

(a + b) (a + b) = c (a + b)

A*a + AB + ba + b*b = ca + CB

A*a + AB - ca = CB - b*b - ba

A( a + b -c) = -b(b + a - c)

So a = - b

A + b = 0

Hence by putting the values of "a" and "b" as 4000 and 2000 respectively, their sum is zero, so the mathematician saw no need to pay any money to the rich man.

The above calculation has no doubt surprised you as it did the judge.
